Michael J. Wartell
Mr. Wartell has served as president of Bluerose Associates LLC since October 2023, and as the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Venor Capital Management LP, a private investment management company, since 2005. He also serves on the board of directors of several private companies, including Imperium3 New York, Inc, a private energy manufacturing company, since 2023, and Rotech Healthcare, Inc., a private healthcare products company, since 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics (cum laude) with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
